Information collected

When you submit a form on this website, the information you provide is collected: your name, phone number, email address, the property or area you are asking about, and any message you write.

Standard technical information such as browser type, device type and pages visited may also be collected through analytics in aggregate form.

How the information is used

Your information is used to respond to your enquiry, provide the real estate services you have asked about, and follow up on your request. It is not sold, rented or traded.

If you request a home valuation or property search, your details may be used to prepare and send that material to you.

Service providers

Form submissions are processed through a customer relationship management platform and email service used to manage enquiries. These providers process the data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Brokerage obligations

Engel & Völkers Ottawa Central and its representatives are subject to the record-keeping and disclosure requirements of Ontario real estate legislation and the governing real estate regulator. Where a transaction proceeds, certain information must be retained to satisfy those obligations.
